Global layout exercise NLÉ has unveiled its layouts for the MFS IV, a prefabricated Floating New music Hub for the port metropolis of Mindelo in Cape Verde. Developed as the fourth prototype of the firm’s Makoko Floating Procedure, the task is the 1st in the series to be created in the Atlantic Ocean.
